Real Estate Marketing Intern

As an intern with a top team at Compass, you'll get hands-on experience in the dynamic DMV real estate scene. You'll support the team by conducting market research and creating marketing materials. This internship is a fantastic opportunity to learn about the industry intricacies while contributing to the success of a leading real estate team.

The internship position provides an educational experience that serves as compensation.

Responsibilities:
  • Traveling throughout the DMV to collect content at listings
  • Going to different neighborhoods to get content of the area and local businesses
  • Must be skilled at shooting vertical format video on an iPhone
  • Editing skills are a plus
  • Researching neighborhoods and gathering information
Qualifications:
  • Be able to come into the office at least 2-3 days/week. Located in downtown DC
  • Passion for Real Estate: Show a genuine interest in the real estate industry and a strong desire to learn and grow in this field
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills to engage professionally with colleagues and clients
  • Tech-Savviness: Be comfortable using technology and proficient in MS Office and Google Workplace
  • Enthusiastic Team Player: Display a positive attitude, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to contribute to a supportive team environment
  • Professionalism: Maintain a high level of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
