Responsibilities

- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of 3D printed parts to verify conformance with specifications

- Utilize measurement tools and equipment to assess part quality and dimensional accuracy. (calipers, micrometer, no go gauges, fit check fixtures etc.)

- Document and report any deviations from quality standards or production issues

- Monitor and document process parameters during 3D printing operations.

- Identify potential quality issues or process deviations and escalate them to appropriate personnel for resolution.

- Assist in troubleshooting equipment or process-related problems as needed

- Collect and analyze data related to quality metrics and performance indicators.

- Generate reports summarizing quality inspection results and trends.

- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement corrective actions based on data analysis.

- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and industry regulations.

- Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test data, and quality documentation.

- Participate in audits and assist in the development of quality documentation as needed

The essential functions of this role include:
