Description du poste

Le vertical Espace, Défense et Sécurité doit relever de nombreux défis : développer et maintenir un ensemble d'applications critiques pour le compte des Ministères afin d'assurer son efficacité opérationnelle tout en l'accompagnant dans sa démarche de transformation numérique.

Notre équipe, dynamique et soudée dans une agence à taille humaine, œuvre dans un but commun : accompagner les Ministères dans la conception, la réalisation et la maintenance de ses systèmes critiques s'articulant autour d'enjeux métiers clés très variés (Identité numérique, Sécurité routière, soutien général, contrôle aux frontières, Force de l'ordre, Civil, pénal, pénitentiaire, Cyber Intelligence...).

Vous aurez la possibilité de vous impliquer dans le cadre de différentes communautés d'innovation, technologiques (Tech Me Up, Passer'elles, Innovation Awards, Green Light, etc...) ou être acteur(trice) pour améliorer la vie de la société (Great Place To Work).

Votre rôle et vos missions

Au sein d'une équipe Agile et sous la responsabilité d'un Chef de Projet / Product Owner, en tant que Tech Lead full stack, vous avez la légitimé technique pour encadrer et apporter le support à des développeurs dans le cadre d'un projet ou de la gestion d'un patrimoine applicatif. En complément, vous mettez en oeuvre vos compétences techniques et fonctionnelles en participant aux différentes phases de nos projets.
- Participation aux phases de maturation des besoins sous un angle technique ;
- Participation aux phases de conception, développement et qualification des réalisations;
- Participation aux phases d'analyse, de recette client et de livraison ;
- Accompagnement du client jusqu'à la mise en production ;

En parallèle de votre mission, Sopra Steria valorise le développement des compétences de chaque collaborateur/rice par le biais d'un accompagnement par un mentor qui vous accompagnera dans vos choix d'orientation et de carrière ainsi que par la mise à disposition d'un catalogue de formations certifiantes très complet dans différents domaines : technique (programmation back, middle ou front, cloud, cybersécurité, ...), méthodologique (agilité, craftsmanship, ...), et développement personnel.

Bien sûr, ces missions peuvent évoluer afin d'être aussi bien à l'écoute de vos envies et désirs d'apprentissage que des besoins du projet.

Qualifications

Vous disposez d'une première expérience d'encadrement technique réussie.
Au sein de l'équipe vous insufflez un esprit de collaboration et d'entraide de par votre position centrale au sein du projet et votre très bonne capacité de communication.
Passionné(e) par l'industrialisation, le software craftmanship, le DevSecOps, vous souhaitez continuer à progresser et partager votre vision au sein d'une communauté technique inspirante.

Titulaire d'un Master 2 ou d'un diplôme d'Ingénieur, la technique est au coeur de votre projet professionnel.
