Position Overview:
- Provide technical expertise to design technology solutions focusing on customer-facing applications.
- Responsible for technical design, development, testing, implementation, and enhancement of software.
- Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure technical development meets business needs.

- Improve, maintain, and sunset websites, mobile apps, & APIs.
- Participate in developing technical designs, coding, unit testing, debugging, and implementing customer-facing solutions.
- Collaborate to articulate roadmaps.
- Design solutions that best meet customer needs.
- Analyze and alter solutions to increase efficiency.
- Provide technical thought leadership.
- Assist in troubleshooting the production environment.
- Integrate 3rd party providers for system improvement.
- Mentor team members and ensure professional development.
- Work with contractors and agencies to meet company expectations.
- Optimize team satisfaction and exceed company expectations.

Education/Training/Experience:
Required:
- 4+ years of engineering/technology delivery experience.
- Experience with front-end frameworks and microservices.
- Experience with Test-Driven Development and Continuous Integration.
- Experience with server-side JavaScript.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks.

Preferred:
- Experience with local and remote team interaction.
- Experience in leading development projects.
- Experience in cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience in developing APIs and services on serverless platforms.

Physical Requirements:
- Sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours.
- Accomplished with or without reasonable accommodation.
