AR Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee Accounts Receivable Operations:
Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, billing, collections, and cash application.

Credit Management:
Evaluate creditworthiness of new customers and establish credit limits. Monitor credit risks and implement strategies to minimize bad debt exposure.

Collections Management:
Develop and implement collection strategies to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices. Contact clients regarding overdue payments and negotiate payment plans when necessary.

Invoice Processing:
Supervise the accurate and timely generation of invoices. Review invoices for accuracy and completeness before sending them to clients.

Cash Application:
Ensure accurate and timely posting of payments received from customers. Reconcile payments with invoices and resolve any discrepancies.

Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable aging, collection efforts, and cash flow projections. Analyze trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate accounts receivable processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts.

Compliance:
