What You'll Do
  • Respond to resident service requests promptly and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with various maintenance tasks such as apartment repairs, groundskeeping, and property upkeep
  • Identify and report safety concerns and maintenance issues to the Service Manager
  • Help in preparations for and recovery from severe weather events
  • Ensure compliance with property maintenance regulations and company policies
Requirements

What You'll Need
  • High school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license
  • Minimum of one year of general maintenance experience in multi-unit property management
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing systems, and painting procedures
  • Flexibility to work weekends and on-call shifts as necessary
  • Readiness to work overtime when required
What'll Set You Apart
  • CPO certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, Yardi, and other relevant applications
Physical Activities and Work Environment
  • Frequent lifting and moving of objects up to 75 pounds
  • Bending, stooping, and ladder use for maintenance tasks
  • May involve climbing stairs regularly and working outdoors in various weather conditions
