$16-$22+ Hourly Pay rates are based on level of certification and/or licensing, and years of experience.
L1MA Range - $16-20
CNA/CMT Range - $18-22
Responsibilities:
- To conduct services to Clients of Assisted Living Solutions, in accordance with the Client's and Assisted Living Solutions'
policies and procedures.- Including (but not limited to): Direct/Indirect personal/pari care, administration of medications, scheduled cleaning tasks, dietary assistance, reporting and/or documentation as directed by the client, etc.
- To understand the policies and procedures of the Client's upon starting work within their community.
- To accurately record time for worked services at the time of the services being provided within the
provided application from Assisted Living Solutions. - To maintain a consistent schedule and meet any and all accepted shifts.
- To be present at and within the community at the time of shift starting, and clock in at the exact time stated on the
accepted shifts. - To report to Assisted Living Solutions and Assisted Living Solutions' Client of any reason for arriving late for a scheduled shift.
- To always remain professional either in person, over the phone, or any other direct or indirect contact with others while working their contracted shift and/or communications with supervisors of Assisted Living Solutions 's and/or Assisted Living Solutions' Clients.
- To perform any and all task assigned by the Client or Assisted Living Solutions as expected by the party.
- To perform all other duties as directed by the Client, Assisted Living Solutions, or staff members employed by the
Client as directed either verbally or in writing.
Requirements:
- An Active Healthcare License and/or Certification
- 1+ Years of Experience within the healthcare field of Long Term Care
- Reliable Transportation and Willingness to travel to different community locations.
- General/Advanced working knowledge of technology. (Such as use of cellphone apps, computer use, tablets, etc.)
- Availability to work a minimum of 4 scheduled shifts per month within any service state.
- Good standing with all federal, local, and state regulating agencies for healthcare workers.
