Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and wellstocked with food, beverages, and supplies
  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist guests with their food and beverage selections
  • Prepare and serve breakfast items such as hot and cold beverages, pastries, cereals, and fresh fruits
  • Ensure that all food items are properly displayed and labeled
  • Monitor food levels and replenish as needed
  • Clear tables and clean up spills or messes promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area throughout the shift
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is preferred
  • Experience in a hotel setting is advantageous

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure food quality and presentation
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive guest experience
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining composure
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety protocols
