Qualifications
Minimum RequirementsBachelor's Degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
At least three (3) years' experience as a manufacturing process engineer.
United States citizenship required.
Ability to receive client's approval to work on contract required.
Must live in the US 3 of the last 5 years (military and study abroadincluded).Experience in project management.
Knowledge of Agile software development methodology.

Source Control:
knowledge of change control technologies.
Thorough familiarity with product development lifecycle and extensiveexperience with multiple methodologies.
Thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes and standard operationprocedures.
Outstanding technical and analytical skills.

Understand databases:
Relational database experience, SQL Server 2012 orhigher.
Ability to provide technical mentoring to peers, evaluate technicalalternatives and provide technical recommendations to management.
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to communicatetechnical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Proficient project management skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and to meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality with regard to information stored inoperational databases.
Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used bythe department.

Working Conditions:
Encountered on a regular basis as part of the work thisjob performs.

Some risk of electric shock when working with electronic equipment.

Ability to reach with hands and arms and to use hands to finger, handle orfeel to set up computer equipment.

SummaryThe Lead Process Engineer is responsible to provide sound manufacturingengineering direction and leadership for the efficient and smooth operationsof manufacturing processes.

Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesServes as leader of manufacturing process and operations.
Provides process and technical leadership, recommendations and guidance toboth management and peers.
Supervises manufacturing system modifications.
Identify areas for improvement through process automation.
Understands and models manufacturing processes and information infrastructure.
Proposes process and software improvement needed to improve efficiency andreduce cost.

Coordinate and lead the Methods & Procedure Support, Industrial andProcess engineering, and IT team members to execute on needed manufacturingchanges and improvements.

Estimates time and effort required to execute certain tasks and work withmanagement to ensure enou h resources are applied.
Leads team code review activities. Responsible for the identification andimplementation of coding and unit testing standards for manufacturing andoperations.
Coordinates code releases, quality and testing for manufacturing andoperations.
Participates in the project planning/budgeting process and suggests ways tocomplete projects on time and within budget.
Performs other duties as assigned.
