Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
- At least three (3) years' experience as a manufacturing process engineer.
- U.S. citizenship mandatory.
- Proficiency in project management and Agile software development methodology.
- Knowledge of change control technologies and product development lifecycle.
- Expertise in manufacturing processes, standard operation procedures, and relational databases like SQL Server 2012 or higher.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, mentor peers, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working in a lab environment and ensuring data confidentiality and security.

Working Conditions:
  • Regular use of computers and departmental software.
  • Lab environment with a slight risk of electric shock.
  • Physical requirements to set up computer equipment.


Responsibilities:

Summary:
The Lead Process Engineer plays a crucial role in providing strategic manufacturing engineering direction to ensure smooth operations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead manufacturing process and operations.
  • Provide technical guidance to management and peers.
  • Supervise system modifications and propose automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams to drive manufacturing improvements.
  • Estimate project timelines and resources.
  • Oversee code reviews and testing standards implementation.
  • Participate in project planning and budgeting for timely completion.
  • Adhere to privacy and data security protocols.
