We are seeking a motivated, ambitious, and assertive service coordinator or case manager with excellent social skills to join our Brooklyn team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays.
Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
Develop and oversee Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).Ensure timely and accurate documentation of the services provided.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and services.
Provide support and guidance to families navigating the Early Intervention Program.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field.
Bilingual proficiency in Russian and English.
Experience in early intervention is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
