Summary:

We are seeking a talented Performance Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for driving results-oriented campaigns across various digital channels with the aim of maximizing ROI and achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical prowess, strategic thinking, and creativity to optimize campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion across digital channels such as paid search, display advertising, social media, and email marketing.
  • Implement data-driven tactics to optimize campaign performance, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and targeting optimization.
  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize return on investment.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and product teams to develop compelling creative assets and landing pages that drive conversion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Generate regular reports and communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate and test new acquisition channels, tools, and strategies to expand our marketing reach and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to streamline campaign management and optimization.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines in all marketing activities.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
  • English Resume is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a track record of driving measurable results and ROI.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms are desirable.
