This leading global resource organization is in search of a Process Improvement Coordinator II.

The individual in this position will act as a neutral mentor and trainer, focusing on enabling team members to maximize their potential and foster a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement.

The person will advocate for and embed transformational methodologies, including Agile and Lean principles, promoting a culture of operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.

Guide multiple teams in adopting Agile methodologies, Lean principles, and other optimization techniques to enhance their performance and understanding of value-focused, data-driven practices.

Support the evolution of the organization's working practices to suit the nature of different operational environments, ensuring the sustainability of improvements.

Monitor team commitments, pace, and quality, assisting in the adaptation of strategies and methodologies as required .Engage in the development and application of problem-solving techniques, such as bottleneck analysis, root cause analysis, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and organizational goals.


Skill Set:


Must possess either a High School diploma or GED along with 5 years of relevant experience in operations, operations support, engineering, project management, or professional business settings.

Alternatively, they may hold a Bachelors Degree along with 1 year of such experience.

For those with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related technical field, 3 months of experience in the aforementioned areas, including internships, is required .Top of FormExperience should be in operations, engineering, project management, or related professional settings.

Background in relevant fields such as engineering, data analysis, or specific operational areas relevant to the company industry.
Familiarity with OE tools and methodologies, including experience in setting up Management Systems or working with Lean practices.
Experience in digital product lifecycle management or Agile team environments may be advantageous .Passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and advocate for optimal solutions.
Emerging coaching skills focused on team growth and potential.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
Neutral facilitation skills, capable of engaging individuals at all organizational levels.
A mindset geared towards challenging the status quo and fostering innovation.
