What is a Gas Compliance Analyst?
The Gas Compliance Analyst plays a vital role in enhancing the effectiveness of the company's natural gas construction, inspection, and maintenance programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits on records related to construction, inspection, and maintenance activities
  • Ensure proper documentation of inspection and maintenance records
  • Provide analytical support for performance feedback
  • Identify and suggest process enhancements for compliance and performance improvement
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Manage the Operator Qualification Compliance Program
  • Monitor and maintain employee OQ records and recertification schedules
  • Represent the company in industry committees and associations
  • Support storm/emergency restoration efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar applications
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving skills
  • Driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
  • Gas Industry and Operator Qualification knowledge
  • Experience in Planning, Scheduling, and Project Management

This role offers a competitive pay range from $78,900 to $144,900, providing an opportunity for career growth within the company.
