  • The company is seeking production supervisors.
  • 5+ years of automotive (assembly/JIT) experience is preferred.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Supervise, lead, coach, and direct team leaders and labor to meet production goals.
    • Manage departmental performance measures and provide progress reports.
    • Plan headcount and manage attendance and scheduling.
    • Address build issues and prevent recurrence.
    • Ensure adherence to standardized work and quality standards.
    • Encourage continuous improvement and implement improvement ideas.
    • Promote a safe work environment and conduct necessary interviews.
    • Validate operator polyvalence levels and set targets weekly.
  • Shifts:
    • A Crew: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 am - 6:00 pm
    • B Crew: Tuesday - Friday, 5:30 pm - 6:00 am
    • C Crew: Friday - Saturday, 5:30 am - 6:00 pm and Sunday - Monday, 5:30 pm - 6:00 am
