Position Summary:
The Territory Manager role involves crafting and executing a comprehensive business and territory strategy encompassing markets, key accounts, and target clients. Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of the designated territories and competing market shares is crucial. The primary responsibilities include securing sales, optimizing profit margins, and effectively representing our complete product range. *Please note that this position involves hybrid work, with office presence required every Monday and Friday from 8 am to 5 pm while Tuesdays
Thursdays are designated for remote activities such as sales calls and customer visits.*
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulating and executing a business plan focusing on key accounts and high-revenue targets
  • Acquiring new business opportunities
  • Engaging in Cold Calling
  • Generating and finalizing sales deals
  • Managing existing client relationships efficiently
  • Offering insights on market dynamics
  • Supervising assigned territories
  • Enhancing profit margins through strategic selling techniques
  • Preparing quotes, contracts, and agreements to ensure long-term business commitments
  • Compiling sales reports, schedules, and forecasts
  • Participating in manufacturers' representatives educational events related to product lines and applications
  • Identifying potential niche markets and future growth avenues
  • Understanding customer requirements and establishing enduring partnerships by delivering superior value compared to competitors

Requirements:

To excel in this role, applicants should possess the following:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Familiarity with standard office tools and database software
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1-3 years' experience in a sales-oriented position
