Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Head Program Manager to lead our comprehensive vehicle Projects. The successful candidate will oversee all program managers, each responsible for their own supervisors and teams of technicians. This role requires extensive knowledge in OEM Automotive program management including production supply management throughput, Quality vehicle wrapping, vehicle assembly and disassembly, and exceptional computer skills for maintaining accurate records and managing workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Oversight:
  • Lead and manage the entire vehicle wrapping program, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of all projects.
  • Oversee multiple program managers, each managing their respective supervisors and technician teams.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet program objectives and improve overall efficiency.
Program Coordination:
  • Coordinate with program managers to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure consistent application of vehicle wraps.
  • Conduct regular meetings with program managers and supervisors to review progress, address challenges, and implement solutions.
Quality Control and Compliance:
  • Ensure all vehicle wrapping activities adhere to company standards, client specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Implement and oversee quality control procedures to maintain high standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with all protocols and standards.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all projects, including materials used, quality checks, and any issues encountered.
  • Utilize project management software and other digital tools to track progress, manage schedules, and generate reports.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management on program performance, including metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Team Management and Development:
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to program managers, supervisors, and technicians to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication.
  • Identify and address training needs and professional development opportunities for team members.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in vehicle wrapping and related fields.
  • Lead initiatives to adopt new technologies and methods that can improve program outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in vehicle wrapping, including assembly and disassembly.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in project management and record-keeping software.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of successfully managing large teams.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members at all levels.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., automotive technology, business management) or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum years of experience in a leadership role within vehicle wrapping or a related field, with proven experience managing multiple teams and large-scale projects.
