Job Summary: Full Time Nights 3/12 hr. shifts 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, three 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends; no call requirements.

Join Baylor Scott and White Medical Center - McKinney as a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit. Our unit is known for a fast-paced environment with high acuity patients.


  • Progressive Care Unit Patient Population:
  • Medical PCU consisting of all Cardiac drips; mix of surgical post-operative volume to include, vascular, ortho, neuro and trauma.

Patient Ratios: 1:4
Number of Beds: 32 beds

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
  • Specialized field of study should be nursing
  • Current and valid nursing license
  • BLS certification (must obtain within 30 days of starting)

Preferred:
1 year of Progressive Care Unit experience
