Compensation:
Starting at $13.00 per hour.

Role Overview:
As a Front Desk Agent, your primary responsibility will be handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and addressing inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner to ensure maximum customer satisfaction while adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures.

Main Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest registrations and room assignments, fulfilling special requests where possible.
  • Deal with various types of reservations, including same-day and future bookings, following set rate structures and strategies.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs following hotel policies efficiently and with a smile.
  • Assist customers with complaints, inquiries about resort services, local attractions, and more.
  • Follow Hilton brand standards and complete required trainings.
  • Help out with housekeeping tasks to understand room preparation.
  • Cross-train in the laundry department for linen folding.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • High School diploma.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience as a hotel front desk agent.
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions, take responsibility, and manage customer situations effectively.
