$18 - $22 hourly

• Working collaboratively with the JP Debt Lawsuit Defense team to ensure all JP cases are worked properly from open to close
• Critical thinking for the next steps on a case within the parameters set by the firm and catered to the case's/client's needs
• Resolving cases through active negotiations with the Plaintiff's Attorney
• Monitoring Legal Assistant's work product
• Adhering to all deadlines for cases, including motions, trials, mediations, etc.

• Must have superb organizational and problem-solving skills
• Must be knowledgeable with the TRCP
• Must have e-filing experience
• Must have civil litigation experience
• Experience with Justice of the Peace courts is strongly preferred
