Summary

Provides development, implementation, documentation, and project management support for Factory development and process training initiatives. Also provides technical support for Factory developmental processes.

Key Responsibilities

Supports development and management of Work Instructions, Job Aids, One Point Lessons, and Skills Matrix for facility programs and positions Conducts needs assessments using a variety of methods (focus groups, surveys, etc.) with groups/divisions/locations to identify and prioritize developmental needs and partners with business stakeholders to identify appropriate solutions Contributes to the development of online and instructor-led, and task based learning solutions to support the implementation of business and factory initiatives Monitors and owns training KPIs, annual goals, and strategy Contributes to cross-functional teams exploring new technologies to address/identify gaps and provide for standardization and optimization Is responsible for supporting training for all facility pillars Benchmarks learning and development strategies through industry best practices

Typical Education

Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university

Relevant Experience

5+ years related experience and/or training
