Overview:

The Sales Account Manager position at RANDYS requires a seasoned professional with a background in high-end automotive aftermarket products. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business prospects within the performance suspension and drivetrain sectors. The role also involves nurturing long-term relationships to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing an omni-channel pipeline to reach customers through various platforms
  • Utilizing market segmentation strategies for effective resource allocation
  • Negotiating distribution programs and bringing on new partners
  • Managing a diverse portfolio of customers while actively seeking new opportunities
  • Creating strategic plans for account growth and customer relationship management
  • Conducting business analysis and providing valuable feedback for product enhancement
  • Establishing professional relationships with team members and clients
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities through data analytics

Requirements:

Education:

A Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience is required.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
