Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Recruit, acquire, and retain high-performing sales associates.
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations to drive profitability and organic growth by providing training and guidance to agents on company tools and programs.
- Develop business relationships within the industry and externally, communicate the company's value proposition, and offer support and leadership to branch staff.
- Ensure adherence to Company policies, industry regulations, and state/federal laws including RESPA and Fair Housing Standards.
Qualifications:
- Three or more years of experience in real estate sales.
- Active NC Real Estate License.
- Familiarity with the Asheville and Western North Carolina market.
- Proficiency in various software programs, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Understanding of business and financial concepts, with demonstrated P&L comprehension.
- Experience in training, coaching, and leadership.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
