Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Charge Nurse RN to join our team at Focus Staff. As a Charge Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leadership to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and issue resolution.
  • Collect unit assessments and job descriptions to accurately source clinicians.
  • Collaborate with the education department to facilitate orientation and maintain updated orientation content.
  • Provide direct oversight for the new graduate nurse program.
  • Coordinate facility implementation and perform clinical reviews for voice advantage interviews.
  • Interface with affiliate vendors for onboarding and clinical escalation.
  • Mitigate risk by problem-solving on performance escalations.
  • Act as a primary resource for company and client requirements, policy, and procedures.
  • Perform and interpret internal audits of MSP metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with key facility contacts to assess performance.
  • Provide direct support to clients and clinicians in travel nurse, allied, pharmacy, and local staffing.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for clinical operations process and manage medium to large-scale projects.
  • Deliver business presentations or other formal communications to clients and internal business partners.
Requirements
  • Motivated candidates with a strong desire for career growth.
  • AHA current basic life support certification for healthcare providers.
  • BSN from an accredited nursing program and proper licensure.
  • Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
Work Experience

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
