As Respiratory Therapists (RT) at our hospital, you play a vital role in evaluating and treating patients with cardiopulmonary disorders across various modalities and demographics. Working collaboratively with nurses, Advanced Respiratory Therapists, and Clinical Specialists, you ensure utmost customer satisfaction and support.
Aside from utilizing cutting-edge technologies and treatments, RTs have the chance to enhance their medical expertise by developing personalized therapies in conjunction with patients and team members.

Applicants must hold a current Respiratory Care Practitioner license issued by the state of Indiana.
- Graduation from a CoARC-accredited respiratory care program is required
- Successful completion of the N.B.R.C. registry exam within 13 months of hire date
- Healthcare Provider Certification is mandatory, with additional life support certifications based on departmental requirements
- Preferred certifications include ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP
- Strong customer service, written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Proficiency in handling confidential patient information is necessary
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems are expected
