Customer Success Manager Position at goTRG

Position Summary:

As a Customer Success Manager at goTRG, you will be responsible for managing the business relationship of high-value accounts. This role involves driving customer value, ensuring contractual agreements are met, and influencing sales opportunities by securing buy-in from stakeholders across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Ensure sales and product objectives are not only met but exceeded
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Create a business plan and sales strategy that measures sales goal attainment
  • Strategically collaborate with Senior Leadership to address opportunities/challenges and provide solutions
  • Conduct high-level conversations with executives to fulfill business needs
  • Utilize CRM solutions for accurate sales tracking and updates
  • Respond to RFPs to achieve quarterly targets
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights
  • Assist in the implementation of marketing plans and support marketing programs
  • Deliver sales presentations and software demos

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of previous software and service sales experience
  • Proven track record of closed sales and client satisfaction
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business model and Sales Cycle
  • Prior experience with CRM software and forecasting tools
  • Business knowledge of SQL and relevant programming technologies
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to multitask
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a team environment
