As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with JEWELS, your role will be crucial in creating and executing personalized behavior intervention plans. Your tasks will involve performing assessments, collaborating with fellow experts, and leading our committed behavior technician team. We seek an individual devoted to evidence-based practices, possessing excellent communication skills, and capable of both independent work and collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Carry out functional behavior assessments and devise behavior intervention plans.
  • Create, implement, and oversee ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) programs.
  • Cooperate with a diverse team to offer comprehensive services.
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff.
  • Keep accurate client records and progress reports up to date.
  • Develop custom treatment plans and conduct necessary assessments as per insurance protocols.
