Growth Marketing Manager for a Health & Wellness Physician-Formulated Supplement Brand - 100% Remote / Full-Time

About the Role:

Alfa Wave Agency is a driving force in the recruitment industry, partnering with mission-driven companies to help grow their core teams with exceptional talent. We are currently in collaboration with a forward-thinking DTC supplement company founded by a Medical Doctor. His mission was to create science-backed formulas using natural ingredients that help people address the root cause of illness and not just their symptoms. Their mission was successful and they are looking to expand their core marketing team with a Growth Marketing Manager. Working side-by-side with their Founder and CEO, this role involves optimizing website funnels, crafting compelling video content, and leveraging analytics to track performance metrics.

As the Growth Marketing Manager you will oversee a small team responsible for developing and uploading Video Sales Letters. We're looking for a creative project manager who excels in a startup environment and shares a passion for the wellness and e-commerce sectors. Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal web development team to launch new funnels. You will oversee the assembly of every part of the funnel (VSL, landing pages, video pages, order pages, upsell/downsell pages, CRM setup, etc.).
  • Create and oversee processes for maintaining existing funnels and helping to set up A/B tests to improve conversion.
  • Oversee all QA efforts to make sure that every page in the funnel looks correct across all devices (desktop/tablet/mobile).
  • Ensure products are properly configured in their CRM (Konnektive)
  • Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to document processes.
  • Collaborate on various marketing initiatives and turn them into project plans.

Requirements:

  • 4+ Years of experience in website project management, preferably in roles focused on building marketing funnels, landing pages, split testing, and direct response marketing campaigns.
  • You should have a track record of successfully managing projects from conception to execution, delivering measurable results within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Experience with Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager
  • An eye for design. You'll be overseeing a team of designers, developers, and copywriters.
