Executive Assistant- Alexandria, VA

The Executive Assistant is under the supervision of, and reports to, the President. The primary responsibility of the Executive Assistant is to support the President and Vice Presidents with essential administrative tasks.
What You Can Expect:
- Provide Executive support with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executives.
- Track emails and correspondence for executives.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
- Maintain and manage scheduling, meeting calendars and contacts for leadership team.
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of company executives.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for executives, employees, candidates, visitors, etc.
- Coordinate meetings, events and client entertainment as requested.
- Assist with preparing technical proposals, basic project schedules and cash flow projections.
- Maintain various records and documents for executives.
- Compile expense reports for executives.
- Order office supplies, kitchen supplies, business cards, etc.
- Keep inventory and order SteelFab branded items.
- Point of contact for vendors/property management
- Assist with obtaining and maintaining Business Licenses.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
- Minimum high school diploma, higher degree preferred.
- Executive Assistant experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail.
