What you will get to do:
Provide excellent engineering solutions and go above and beyond for customers
Communicate with customers on project updates, conception, cleanups, and progress
Assist customers with manufacturing or project-based engineering work
Ensure timeline, budget, and scope are followed for each project
Explore different parts of the engineering within projects
Lead projects and project teams in creating solutions for customer issues
Customize your growth path and work with coach to develop a 5 and 10-year plan including relevant trainings, certifications, and opportunities
Participate on DISHER internal project teams

What will make you successful:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing or similar degree
4+ years of engineering experience
Experience working with a diverse range of industries
Manufacturing experience working on decommissioning, instillation, updates to lines, and organizational changes to processes
Strong communication skills to update and build rapport with customers
Exposure to Quality or PM systems and documentation
Hands on knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes
Understanding of moving, purchasing, some designing (small scale tooling/fixtures for example), and implementation of equipment
Willingness to step onto the floor and be hands on when needed
Previous experience worked with quality teams and ability to take quality into account when thinking through runs, lines, and throughputs of installations
Willingness to do what it takes to provide exceptional service and grow the team
Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations
