Role Overview:
The Grocery Clerk plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. You will be involved in various retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising.

Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and building rapport with vendors
  • Displaying a friendly and outgoing attitude
  • Responding effectively to customer queries
  • Stocking products and maintaining displays
  • Performing basic department cleaning
  • Following safety and sanitation procedures
  • Operating the baler if 18 years or older with proper training
  • Performing other assigned duties

Qualifications:
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Ability to handle physical requirements and work efficiently in a dynamic environment

Physical Demands:
  • Regular standing, bending, lifting, and walking
  • Work environment typical of a retail store
