Job Title:
Leasing Consultant

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property tours for prospective residents and highlight key features and amenities
  • Maintain an uptodate knowledge of available units, lease terms, and pricing
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations throughout the leasing process
  • Utilize OneSite or similar software for lease management and documentation
  • Address resident concerns and conflicts professionally and efficiently
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues
  • Assist in property management tasks such as rent collection, lease renewals, and movein/moveout inspections
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents through exceptional customer service

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Property Management software like OneSite
  • Strong conflict management skills to handle resident issues effectively
  • Excellent customer relationship management abilities
  • Understanding of Data Entry processes for maintaining accurate records
  • Ability to manage files and legal administrative tasks efficiently

Job Type:

$ $19.00 per hour
