Job Description

Position Summary:


As a key team player, your role involves ensuring top-notch service and customer satisfaction by overseeing the accuracy, condition, and timely handling of all incoming and outgoing shipments.


Essential Functions of this Role:
  • Verify order correctness and prepare products for shipping
  • Pack and weigh orders as needed
  • Match invoices with shipping labels
  • Organize materials for shipping
  • Operate voice-directed picking tools
  • Pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
  • Adhere to safety protocols
  • Exceed productivity targets
  • Use tools and equipment safely
  • Support various warehouse departments when required
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • No direct supervisory duties
Work Environment:
  • Ability to work in a dynamic warehouse setting
  • Warehouse environment can be noisy and dusty
Physical Demands:
  • Movement within a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling items up to 75 lbs
Expected Hours of Work:
  • Availability during standard operating hours, Monday to Friday
  • Flexibility with work schedule when needed
Travel:
  • No travel required
Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
  • Minimum age of 18
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Up to 2 years of related experience
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Basic math and reading abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Reliable attendance
Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Knowledge of RF equipment

Pay Range:

$ $21.01


The final salary offer will depend on factors like experience, location, education, and skills, mutually agreed upon upon offer acceptance.
