Job Overview: We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Order Filler to join our warehouse team. The Order Filler will be responsible for accurately processing orders, ensuring timely and precise fulfillment, and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service. This role is integral to maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Accurately pick products from inventory according to order specifications. Verify item numbers, quantities, and quality.
- Packing: Carefully pack products ensuring they are secure and protected during transit. Use appropriate packing materials and methods.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining organized and accurate inventory records. Perform regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Labeling: Correctly label packages with shipping information and prepare necessary documentation for shipment.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards before dispatch.
- Shipping Coordination: Collaborate with the shipping team to schedule pickups and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy items, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in order processing and packing. Ability to follow detailed instructions meticulously.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well in a team.
- Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining productivity and quality standards.
