Position: New Home Consultant

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sell, process, and close homes following company plans to ensure happy customers.
  • Complete the required Lennar Success University Training Suites within 30 days of starting.
  • Participate in division phone banks and community events.
  • Adhere to the company's sales philosophy when assisting customers and realtors.
  • Develop a good understanding of the local marketplace and competition.
  • Monitor customer traffic and prepare reports regularly.
  • Participate in homeowner orientations and neighborhood promotions.
  • Maintain Welcome Home Center and Models effectively.
  • Attend sales meetings to discuss strategies and neighborhood status.
  • Assist in processing paperwork for timely escrow closures.
  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year experience in homebuilding.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid real estate and driver's licenses are a must.
  • Knowledge of real estate law and processes is essential.
  • Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves a mix of office work, phone communication, and site visits in varying weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and operate computer and phone equipment.

Compensation Overview:
