  • Under the guidance of the IT Manager I, you'll serve as the Systems Administrator, offering primary administrative and technical support for Microsoft 365 (M365) services.
  • Responsibilities include managing Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Teams.
  • Provide support for Enterprise Identity and Access Management services, Active Directory, and integrated Active Directory Domain services.
  • Engage in activities throughout the System Development Life Cycle involving analysis, design, build, test, maintenance, and operations.
  • Offer end user device life cycle management support including procurement, deployment, installation, configuration, maintenance, and operations.
  • Conduct end user training on M365 services and identity technologies.
  • Collaborate with peers and management to update standards, processes, and technology practices.
  • Ensure compliance with asset management policies and regulations.
  • Conduct various functions such as research, writing, reporting, presenting, and training.
Working Conditions

This role is based in Sacramento and involves indoor work in a climate-controlled environment.

  • Possible travel required.
  • Occasional weekend or after-hours work.
  • Cell phone availability and response to calls outside of regular hours.
  • Possibility of extended periods in a computer room.

Telework option may be available.
