The Role:
As a GoGoRental Assocaite, you play a huge role in the day-to-day operations of the store. GoGoRental Rental Associate is a professional who is responsible for providing excellent customer service in the store. They assist customers with their rentals, answer their questions, and resolve any issues that may arise. They are knowledgeable about the products and are skilled in providing safety briefings. The Customer Service Specialist promotes additional services and follows up with customers to ensure satisfaction. They maintain a positive attitude and strive to create a pleasant and hassle-free experience for all customers.
A GoGoRental Rental Associate is a key member of the team who plays a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and happiness of all customers.
General Requirements/duties include but are not limited to:
- Customer Interaction
- Product Knowledge
- Rental Assistance
- Safety Briefings/Walk-Throughs with Customers

- Promotion of Additional Services

- Maintain a Positive Attitude
- Cleaning Rental Units
- Prep & Daily Maintenance on Rental Units.

- Being able to lift 40+ pounds
