Our client, the health care industry, is seeking an analyst in talent acquisition / Business Analytics Specialist to join their team.


Job Title:
Business Analytics Specialist

Location:
RANCHO CUCAMONGA , CA (1 day onsite)

Pay Range:
$25-$30/hr on w2

Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various databases to provide insights and recommendations.

Develop and maintain analytical models to support decision-making processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and KPIs for business improvement.

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analytics.


Qualifications:


Education & Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business analytics.

Proficiency in gathering analytics from databases of varying complexity.

Bachelor's degree in analytics, marketing analytics, business, human resources, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Key

Qualifications:

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in data collection and systemization.

Proficiency in data analysis, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is essential.
