Role Summary

We are looking for an entry-level IT Project Coordinator with excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills to join our team at the corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook is a must, and a background in IT or telecommunications is preferred. The position includes an on-call rotation of one week per month with provided internet and phone access. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. This role provides administrative and technical support to our operations department.
