We are currently seeking individuals to join our Service Team at our Decatur location as a 'Liner,' Order Taker, or Cashier.

Job Summary:

As a Service Team Member, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service to our patrons and deliver their food promptly. You will engage with customers, address their queries, and provide recommendations while ensuring their satisfaction. Additionally, you will be involved in food preparation following company standards. We expect team members to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor while thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests with their orders
  • Prioritize orders efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at workstations
  • Demonstrate in-depth menu knowledge
  • Engage with customers in a positive manner
  • Prepare food items accurately
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism
  • Adhere to uniform and hygiene guidelines
  • Possess knowledge of the point-of-sale system
  • Work with urgency
  • Be familiar with third-party delivery systems
  • Comfortably stand for the duration of shifts and handle items up to 53lbs occasionally

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Prior experience in the food industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Team player with strong attention to detail
  • Punctual, reliable, and honest
  • Capable of multitasking effectively
  • Willingness to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Eagerness for ongoing learning and growth
  • Reliable transportation is essential
  • Minimum age requirement is 15 years
