The Social Services Assistant assists the Social Services Director in providing services to meet the social and emotional needs of the residents/patients.

Develops a rapport with the residents/patients and presents their concerns to center management.

Charts as assignedAssists with Resident CouncilAssists the Social Services Director with discharge planning for residentsFollows all center's policies and proceduresQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalentAbility to speak, understand, write and read in EnglishPrevious experience in a long term care setting PREFERREDCaldera Cares for youCompetitive pay scaleFull benefits package
