Responsibilities:


- Keep a watchful eye on intricate communication networks
- Perform routine maintenance and monitoring of systems
- Handle customer issues and resolve network problems
- Administer clientNet & clientON Baseband, IF, and RF Communications systems
- Manage system configurations, new installations, and network modifications
- Diagnose technical issues and propose solutions
- Implement new products effectively
- Ensure optimal system capacity and efficiency
- Plan equipment capacities and monitor network performance
- Maintain equipment inventory and configuration records
- Comply with Data Center Standards and ITIL guidelines
- Respond promptly to emergencies in a 24/7 setup
- Monitor power, HVAC, and security systems
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities and communicate effectively

Basic Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Person for access to restricted materials
- AA degree, electronics certification, or equivalent military training
- 2+ years of SATCOM/Terrestrial environment experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry certifications (Microsoft, Linux, VMware, etc.) preferred
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux systems desirable
- Ability to work in a high-stress environment and varying shifts
- Basic electronics troubleshooting skills a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Familiarity with satellite and terrestrial technology
- Experience with Cisco, HNS, CATV/IPTV, and Telco networks

Essential Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing and lifting
- Precision in terminating various cable types
- Work effectively in a 24/7 environment
