**Position Responsibilities:**

This position will be assigned to manage the Syndication Servicing team and will be responsible for servicing commercial loans that are agented by the CIBC Bank USA as well as loans that are agented by other financial institutions in accordance with the Banks policies and procedures.

**Essential Duties Include:**

+ Act as a liaison between the Bank, the customer or participant banks for all transactions and balancing issues

+ Manage performance by providing fair and accurate formal feedback

+ Reconcile PVTB system against bank notices

+ Review appropriate reports to solidify data integrity

+ Other tasks/projects as required within the department.

**Qualifications:**

+ At least 4 years of experience performing loan services in a financial institution.

+ Detailed and process oriented with a focus on integrity and accuracy of information.

+ Strong prioritization and analytical skills.

+ Ability to meet deadlines, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and provide exceptional customer service.

+ Understanding of financial services operations, infrastructure and payment processing.

+ MS Office Skills.

+ ACBS and Metavante experience preferred.

+ Understanding of accounting and bank sub-systems capabilities.

+ Can operative effectively as a lead and as an individual contributor.
