Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Experience in ABA
  • Current, unencumbered RBT Certification or completion of the 40-hour certification course
  • Ability to offer care in residential settings
  • RBT Certification or a willingness to acquire the necessary skills
  • Previous experience working with children
  • Bilingual proficiency is advantageous

Core Responsibilities:

  • Establish a positive rapport with the learner supervised by a BCBA.
  • Execute ABA therapy programs and behavior management strategies as instructed by the BCBA, aligning with the client's treatment and behavior plan.
  • Record data for each client session as directed and report noteworthy observations from sessions to the client's behavior analysis documents.
  • Show adaptability in catering to a diverse clientele with varying needs and capabilities.
  • Effectively communicate with different team members.
  • Cultivate professional relationships with the parents/caregivers of clients as well as all team members.
  • Adhere to assigned schedules and consistently exhibit professionalism.
