Our team in the San Francisco region is currently seeking an eager Hourly BCBA to join our North Bay division.

Compensation Range:
$47 - $52 per hour depending on experience

**RESPONSIBILITIES** include, but are not limited to:

- Direct Kyo client initiatives and oversee staff implementation of ABA services.

- Supervise Kyo's Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors.

- Perform observations and assessments in various settings like schools, homes, or communities, designing customized treatment plans for clients.

- Educate clients on behavior plans and objectives, track and report progress, maintain open communication with families, teachers, and staff regarding client needs and advancements.Develop and provide training sessions for parents, professionals, and staff.


Offer direct therapy to clients as needed based on regional requirements, and serve as a temporary BT until caseload is established and credentialing is completed.

Assist with regional or company-wide projects while building your caseload.

Demonstrate program implementation for caregivers and staff.

Participate in and lead client and staff meetings as necessary.

Make all reasonable efforts to ensure effective program development for our clients. This may involve job-related tasks and responsibilities not explicitly mentioned.

Commit to providing 15 to 25 billable hours weekly.

May work in a center-based setting.

REQUIREMENTS:
Hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

Outstanding responsiveness and operational expertise.

Capability and willingness to travel between clients and to various business meetings.

Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license from the state of residence, and auto insurance.

PHYSICAL

REQUIREMENTS:


Ability to walk, kneel, crawl, bend, crouch, stand up from the ground, sit on the floor or in child-sized chairs for extended periods.

Must also be able to lift and move a pediatric population (up to 50 pounds). Occasional fast-paced movements may be necessary.

Demonstrate manual dexterity to regularly operate and input data into electronic devices.

Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to read and understand written material through various means.


Highlighted auditory skills include perceiving sounds at different levels and receiving detailed information through oral communication.

Capable of speaking clearly and comprehending detailed oral instructions.


If needed as per a Behavior Intervention Plan, be prepared to employ safe and appropriate procedures, including quick physical movements.


WORK ENVIRONMENT


Tasks are carried out in clients' homes, schools, community locations, or in an office environment.

Work conditions may sometimes be challenging due to client behavior or a hectic office environment requiring constant interaction that can be disruptive.
