Role Overview
Join us as a Classification and Compensation Specialist, where you will be responsible for ensuring our organizational structure aligns with industry standards. Your daily tasks will involve conducting evaluations, analyzing job classifications, and maintaining our salary schedule to promote equity and compliance.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Conducting position evaluations and job audits
  • Collaborating with leadership on job classification reviews
  • Researching compensation trends and benchmark analyses
  • Developing accurate job descriptions
  • Reviewing and processing classification requests
  • Participating in salary surveys and market analysis
  • Evaluating positions for proper classification and salary recommendations
  • Maintaining organizational job profiles and salary documentation
  • Providing guidance on compensation matters
  • Attending workshops and training events

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience with job analysis and classification
  • Knowledge of compensation practices and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Certifications such as CCP or PHR are a plus
