Job Description:

The Training and Communication Coordinator will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs for the global Software and Electronics organization.

Additionally, this role will manage internal communications, serve as a liaison with the creative agency, and support the communication and belonging strategy.


The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering employee growth through innovative training solutions and compelling communication strategies.

Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and facilitate technical and non-technical training programs.

Create and maintain high-quality training content in various formats.

Utilize basic video editing skills to enhance training videos.

Collaborate with learning and development teams to distribute trainings to various platforms.

Research and evaluate external training options, including pricing and availability.

Facilitate payment processing for external training vendors.

Serve as a communications liaison between the creative agency.

Organize agendas and workshops for the communication council.

Manage primary communication channels such as internal social intranet, global town halls, newsletters, and internal LinkedIn group.

Research, write, edit, produce, and distribute various communications to engage employees.

Support multiple communication initiatives simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.

Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Proficiency in creating engaging training content.

Basic video editing skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Experience in internal communications is a plus.
