Position Overview:

The role involves operating and maintaining multiple injection molding machines for producing and inspecting PET plastic preforms.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Operate and maintain injection molding machines following work instructions and visual guidelines.
  • Conduct quality inspections based on specific guidelines.
  • Monitor machine operations for malfunctions and perform necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Create production tickets and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle material efficiently using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and training sessions.
  • Keep work area clean and organized.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in high-speed manufacturing.
  • Basic math skills and English proficiency.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for training.
