We are looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team This position is responsible, under the direction of the Property Manager, for the overall maintenance of the building.

This maintenance schedule includes;

80 hours every two weeks

Full time, day shift

Weekends as needed

Responsibilities/Job Description:
Performs routine maintenance duties

Schedules and perform assigned work order requests within a timely manner

Performs routine inspections and repairs and documents on building logs/checklists, etc.

Performs general repairs

Performs other duties as assigned and directed

Qualifications:

Required:
Special Boiler License required upon hire

Boilers License 2-C (required within 18 months of hire date)

Current Driver's License (in good standing)

One to three years of previous experience

Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Working knowledge of boiler plants and domestic hot water systems

Preferred:

Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree:
HVAC or related

Three to five years of previous experience
