Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, recommend, and implement policies and procedures for the region
  • Support program development to meet client and regulatory standards
  • Participate in the sales process for new business acquisition
  • Monitor financial reports to ensure budget compliance
  • Develop and motivate an efficient staff management
  • Regularly visit units to ensure contract compliance
  • Maintain client satisfaction and account retention by engaging with existing clients
  • Resolve client and associate complaints

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, unstructured, and P&L driven environment
